• Teaching with Technology Academy

    This three day academy will equip teachers with the necessary tools to incorporate technology into their classrooms. The academy will focus on project based learning, utilizing technology resources/tools and lesson planning with technology.

    The Middle School Institute is designed to help teachers increase the rigor of content so students develop the strong foundation necessary for success in secondary advanced academics and post-secondary courses.

  • Writing Across the Curriculum

    This workshop was developed to assist educators in the preparation of critical thinkers, readers and writers.

    Who should attend: secondary English, science and social studies teachers and elementary teachers, Pre-K to grades 4

  • Fall International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Level Workshops

    The workshops at Rice are designed for new and experienced IB teachers at the Diploma Programme level who are interested in learning about the IB program and strategies and techniques for effectively teaching IB courses.
