Housing Information

A block of rooms has been reserved for participants at the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center and the Houston Marriott Medical Center, however the cutoff date has passed.

Please arrive in Houston the day before your session begins and schedule your hotel reservations accordingly. Session 1 participants should make their hotel reservations for February 25-28. Session 2 participants should make their hotel reservations for February 29-March 3. 

We have contracted a shuttle to provide round-trip transportation service from the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center and the Houston Marriott Medical Center to the Rice campus each morning and evening of the conference. If you are registered at other hotels, please check with their concierge about transportation to Rice. While they may be close enough to Rice, we will not be able to service all hotels in the area.
