Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved for participants at the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center (ROOM BLOCK FULL), the Houston Marriott Medical Center (ROOM BLOCK FULL) and the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites (Medical Center).

Please arrive in Houston the day before your session begins and schedule your hotel reservations accordingly. Participants should make their hotel reservations for February 24-27. 

We have contracted a shuttle to provide round-trip transportation service from the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center, the Houston Marriott Medical Center and the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites (Medical Center)  to the Rice campus each morning and evening of the conference. If you are registered at other hotels, please check with their concierge about transportation to Rice. While they may be close enough to Rice, we will not be able to service all hotels in the area.
