In January 2010, IB workshops around the world implemented a new workshop architecture. Please read the updated descriptions below and select the category based on your needs.

Category 1 workshops (formerly Level 1):Category 1 workshops are designed to provide training and assistance for schools that have decided to apply for IB authorization. They are equally relevant for educators who are new to a school with an existing IB programme and those interested in joining an IB World School.
Category 2 workshops (formerly Level 2):Category 2 workshops are designed to provide a forum for experienced IB educators, focusing on programme delivery. Emphasis is placed on assessment, teaching and learning methodologies, and exploring best practices in the classroom.
Category 3 workshops (formerly Level 3):Category 3 workshops are designed to provide a forum for experienced IB educators to build on and enhance their professional development portfolios. Participants will engage in in-depth investigation into specific areas of interest and expertise.
